The 6-week virtual group sessions provide a structured, supportive, and motivational space for participants to deepen their knowledge, build confidence, and make informed decisions about their use of tobacco, vaping, and nicotine products. Designed to foster action, these sessions help individuals set realistic goals, stay accountable, and create lasting change.
Each session features focused discussions on tobacco, vaping, and nicotine, along with motivational group facilitation, weekly encouragement emails, and access to valuable tools and resources. Participants also receive connections to additional support services, information about nicotine replacement therapies, and a 15 minute one-on-one personal motivational session to help them stay accountable, on track, and inspired.
These sessions provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgmental space where participants can engage at their own comfort level. While participation is flexible, group discussion and collaboration are strongly encouraged to support both individual growth and collective success.

If group sessions are not your thing, one on one personal support is a great place to start.
One-on-one motivational support is designed to meet your unique needs and preferences to reduce or quit tobacco, vaping, and nicotine products.
Together, we identify triggers, challenges, and barriers to reducing or quitting tobacco, vaping, and nicotine products, set realistic and attainable goals and plans, implement effective coping strategies, and connect you with community resources and referral services for additional layers of support.

Motivation changes how we see things - it opens the door to new choices and that is where changes are made. Breaking the cycle of nicotine doesn't mean flipping your life upside down, it means exploring new habits and new ways of doing things, in ways that feel safe, realistic and totally manageable.
The 4-week virtual hangout is designed for youth up to 19 years of age navigating the challenges of vaping and nicotine. It’s a chill, judgment-free space where you can come as you are—curious, nervous, unsure, determined. Show up as yourself, with others who totally get where you're coming from. All of it is welcome.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to join. It is about giving yourself permission to try, with no pressure. Loads of motivation, and access to tools and knowledge will help to build your confidence to move forward. Whether you’re ready to quit today or just thinking about it, this is a place for you to start, ask questions, learn, build confidence, get motivated—and try again.
This group is not here to tell you what to do. It’s here to support you, build your confidence, and discover some new tools that can help you feel more in control. You'll get access to resources that matter and realize you're never alone. We identify challenges and barriers to quitting vaping, celebrate all wins, big or small, and connect you to community resources and referral services for additional layers of support.
Change takes time and it doesn't happen overnight. And that is okay. Whatever feels right for you is the place to start and there is no deadline. You'll know when you are ready for more.
